Return Policy

General Returns

Ttire will accept the return or exchange of new (never installed) tires and other products purchased from Ttire at anytime within thirty days of the initial purchase. Special Order Items are not returnable. Please call 978-219-3905 for a Return Authorization Number and complete return instructions.

Return refund credits will be issued to the credit card used for the initial order. If the initial payment was made by cash or check, we will send a refund check to the billing address for the order. All refunds and credits will be less all freight charges incurred.

Shipping and Damage Claims

If your shipment arrived damaged or incomplete please call 978-219-3905 for a Return Authorization Number and complete return instructions. We will make a claim to the shipper and schedule a reshipment. Please have all merchandise repackaged in the original packaging so that the shipper can make a complete inspection and pick up the merchandise.

Manufacturer Warranties

When you buy a tire from Ttire any warranties provided by the manufacturer is extended to our customer. Please call 978-219-3905 so that a customer service representative can help you process a claim to the appropriate manufacturer. Other than applicable manufacturer warranties, there are no other warranties, express or implied.
